CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Any cancellations or amendments to an order must be made by calling +91 9415128975 or +91 9415128940 or by email at email@example.com by 10am IST on the day of delivery. We do not accept cancellations or amendments after 10am on the delivery date.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you and ask you to amend your order.
We are committed to offering quality products that guarantee our guests' 100% satisfaction. However, we cannot offer refunds for perishable goods (e.g. cakes) once a delivery has been accepted.
